Trabuco Max 3 - First Few Runs (my opinion in description)

I did not plan to buy the Trabuco Max 3! I planned to run my 100k ultra in the Altra Mont Blanc Carbon. However, my feet were beaten up after a 40km run in the Altra MBC. At that moment, I remembered how comfortable the Asics Trabuco Max 2 were, and I decided to bite the bullet and get the Asics Trabuco Max 3.

This time, I went a size larger than the Trabuco Max 2. My feet are squarish, so I need much room in the toe box. Going larger ensured the big toe did not hit the toe bumper, even though the Trabuco Max 3 was not as pointed as other traditional shoes!

So far, I love it (I might still complain about the toebox); I wish to put the cushioning in an Altra Olympus. That would be the perfect combination :)
