Battant pavillon belge, le VICTOR HORTA est une drague de type Hopper Dredger du groupe Deme, prestataire de Graves de Mer.
Les granulats extraits au large et traités à l'avant port de Dieppe sont essentiellement destinés aux bétons hydrauliques et bitumineux.
Il est identique au CHARLEMAGNE, également exploité par Deme.
Les deux navires opèrent notamment sur le site d'implantation du futur champ d'éoliennes marines en construction entre Le Tréport et Dieppe

Flying the Belgian flag, the VICTOR HORTA is a Hopper Dredger type dredger from the Deme group, provider of Graves de Mer. The aggregates extracted offshore and processed at the outer port of Dieppe are mainly intended for hydraulic and bituminous concrete. It is identical to the CHARLEMAGNE, also operated by Deme. The two vessels operate in particular on the site of the future marine wind farm under construction between Le Tréport and Dieppe.
