remember that you spend alot of time in your home, so how your home makes you feel or function will have a material affect on your wellbeing.

if you are spending millions to build a house it's important to get it right before you start, of course it is not easy to know what is right. so it's important to understand you and how spaces affect you psychologically.

Feng Shui is the understanding of energy and flow within spaces and if we blend this with environmental psychology it becomes obvious how your spaces would feel before it's too late.

today we will use this mansion, ready to be constructed as an exercise to see how such changes can make a difference.

note how the previous home had disjointed common spaces with little connection to the outside space and in the after, the home now flows much more naturally and we even gained a whole living room from nothing, it's almost magic!


*Please note that while this is an actual project for an actual client, I did simplify some things and dramatized the commentary for the purpose of this video to some extent, so please don't be too mean to the original architects, they did a good job just needed some adjustments! The project will start construction soon, and we are preparing for a very large family. The clients do appreciate that they are fortunate and plan for this to be their forever home for their extended family:)
