St. Angelo Fort (Kannur Fort or Kannur Kotta) is a fort facing the Arabian Sea constructed by the Portuguese. It is a good tourist spot and is the shooting site of various films. Parassinikadavu Muthappan is considered the personification of two Hindu gods — the Thiruvappan or Valiya Muthapan (Vishnu) and the Vellatom or Cheriya Muthapan (Shiva). Floating Bridge comes up at Muzhappilangad Drive-In Beach. We visited the site on 27th May,2023 and witnessed Vellatom.
