ASMR Gentle Sounds & Whispers to Lull You to Sleep 💕💤

Hey everybody!!! Ahh, it's been so long! I hope that you all have been doing very well 🫶 Tonight I have a whispered sound assortment for you with some self-care items, fruit, and my new favorite kind of tea. I hope you enjoy the new vid! It's soooooo good to be back on YouTube! 🐻💜

As to why I've been gone- Life's been a bit of a rollercoaster the last several months. Long story short, I got diagnosed with NTOS, and I guess it's the reason I've been having issues with my arms and hands for a few years. One of the symptoms is that your hands and arms feel fatigued to the point they can't perform basic movements 🤦‍♀️ But I'm doing PT and it is helping so I'm ready to get back to filming! I'm shooting for 2 uploads a month for now to see how I do, but hopefully more :). That's basically it. I'm sorry I've been so inconsistent😅 but now that I know what's going on, things are going to get much better. I added some health-related things to my Throne wishlist if anyone is feeling... extremely generous, but no pressure. I missed you guys so much ❤️
