Befaco provided me a great mod that prolongs the clean range of the speed knob of their Crush Delay module.

Details from Manu at Befaco:
Remove the oscillator connected to pin 13 of 4053. To do so, lift this leg from the socket, solder a cable and solder it to pin 5 in PT2399
Change R42 to 2M

Of course, keeping the rest of values the same.
