In this video you will learn everything there is to know about deloading as it relates to Naturally Intense High Intensity based on decades of testing and observations of high intensity training trainees, and what happens when they stopped training for a week, or if they did a deload phase of two weeks compared to those who never did any deload weeks and instead trained consistently.

I will also go over my own experience as someone who has been doing Naturally Intense High Intensity Training for the past 33 years, as many want to know whether or not a deload protocol or time off from training is a part of my personal high intensity training approach. It's a lot of really insightful training information and it's my pleasure to be able to share what I have seen in terms of how deloading affects muscle mass, muscle strength and interestingly enough, fat loss. Most importantly as it relates to natural bodybuilders and natural lifters.
