The BS2 sequencer is so much FUN! (AFX)

For the Love of Music has been out a few weeks now and honestly we're so happy with how you're all enjoying it. We've even started working on some live stuff which we will hopefully announce later in the year.

Wanted to go polar opposites to the last video so took out the Bass Station 2 and just set up a quick drum edit with a really dirty 909 kick. This was 100% improvised and that's what I love about the BS2. It's so easy to just turn it on set a few sounds up run the sequencer and get something really good. This utilises the AFX (Aphex Twin) mode brought in the last firmware update. Essentially each note is a different patch with this mode. Put that through the sequencer and percussion, drums and bass are all possible at the same time.

All recorded and edited using Ableton Live 11 and Hit Film Express.
