This is intended as a quick guide to help you understand the basics of this build and get you on your way. Here are the key take-aways.

Playstyle Breakdown:
It's simple, Aether jump is basically just for movement. Cast Bulwark of Dawn when you can for healing and additional damage. Cast Winter's Grasp (while moving) 4-6 times for trash mobs, no point wasting Willpower if you don't have to and then hold down the skill on Champions or Boss enemies to rapidly spam it and burn them away. Rinse repeat, just run around unstoppable enemies and you'll be fine.

Skills:
Winter's Grasp is your primary DPS skill, make sure you're using the PermaFrost node and get enough Cooldown on your gear to eliminate the Cooldown on this skill.
** You can duplicate Winter's Grasp and use Concentrated Shadow as well if you want. This will cause Stasis and Curse on enemies for additional damage. **
Aether Jump is just a movement ability with some minor utility.
Bulwark of Dawn for survivability and some damage from Sacred Grounds to assist with Stasis. Don't forget Divine Omnipresence, very useful!

Gear:
Aether Damage added to Spells (so that you apply Stasis) ** Priority
Rage & Willpower Cost decrease ** Priority
+% Transfer Time decrease between Willpower and Rage ** Priority
Cooldown decrease for all skills (if needed)
Movement speed (for clear time)

Attributes:
I focus on Ferocity for Spell Crit Chance but I think Wisdom could be valuable too. It's a glass cannon build with Winter's Grasp as your main defense so I forgo Toughness and Agility.

Skill Points:
The focus should be Time Weaver and getting Aliment stacks.
