The wheel-type aluminum ingot casting line features a compact and rational layout, with seamless integration of equipment from melting to stacking, creating an efficient and smooth production environment. Molten aluminum is output from the furnace and precisely guided into the continuous casting machine via a launder. After continuous forming on a Φ3100mm crystallizing wheel, a straightening machine and a 90KW rolling shear sequentially complete the straightening and 710±5mm fixed-length shearing, all without manual intervention.
The cooling conveyor quickly cools the aluminum ingot to ≤ 60 ℃, smoothly transfers it to the stacking station, and the robot accurately grasps and stacks 21 layers. The finished ingot is weighed and packaged by the conveyor. The entire line is centrally controlled by Siemens PLC, and each device responds quickly through linkage. With adjustable speed design and fault alarm system, it ensures uninterrupted production. Efficient output with a production capacity of 8-13T/h.
