Annabelle: Creation (2017) Review | Conjuring Countdown

Its the 4th movie in my conjuring countdown to Last Rites, today was the turn of ANNABELLE: CREATION!

For some reason I remembered this film unfavorably but actually on rewatch I enjoyed it alot more than I remember.

It is a better film than the original Annabelle, offering much more effective scares. A stronger atmosphere and egaging suspense.
The story line delivers and the young cast on this nailed it!!

Annabelle Creation doesnt reinvent the wheel, but it 100% delivers on the old school style spookiness with stylish visuals and great set design.

Character development was much better in this compared to the previous Annabelle movie and the jump scares are soo much more effective and tons of very creepy spooky moments.

All round Id honestly put this up against any of the previous conjuring movies and even say this may be a new favourite of mine in the series.
