After a couple of more weeks of checking out these masks we have a winner! Take a look at the video to see which one worked best for me. Regardless of my thoughts it is so much an individual choice on which mask to wear when working out and depending on your studio if you even need a mask to workout.

My studio hasn't been mandating masks based on the regulations set here in Minnesota but I have been thinking lately that maybe I should be wearing one anyway. With winter fast approaching and the numbers going up it might be time to be proactive.

I've made this video almost three times now trying to get it right for you. The first cut of this one was just over 15 minutes and out of respect for you I trimmed it down to just over 5. If you would like to see some of my thoughts on wearing a mask in class if it's optional, if you should go back to OTF at this point then drop me a line in the comments and maybe I will grab some of the content I cut and put out another video on it.
