What I eat - ASMR soft spoken (Lav mic) (no tapping)

In my opinion, the world doesn't actually need another thin person talking about what they eat, but it was highly requested, so here it is. So it turns out I don't talk about food much in English because I could not translate so many of the words I needed, sorry about that.

I start with a short disclaimer (basically a trigger warning) then talk about how I spread my meals throughout the day. After that I discuss what I eat, and there are some gentle touches of items and hand movements, no tapping though. Then I end with like 20 more disclaimers, most importantly explaining why I do maintain my clothing size even though I personally think diet culture is harmful and a woman's size is unimportant.
