As much hard work as it is to get some action on quality fish from a pier, it makes it that much more rewarding when it works out! Went out with the plan to try for halibut as the main target, but luckily all the bycatch were also some fun and exciting fish to pull on as well!
Unfortunately, we did not stick any legal halibut this day, but we did not go home empty handed.
Being able to pull on acouple shorts each, and some bycatch shovel nose on the light tackle rounded off to be a fun and successful day!
