Defective mchoose JET 75 models sold by Banggood - currently they do not want to accept my return, even though it falls both under warranty and their no-reason return policy. Despite me providing evidence of multiple issues with the keyboard, software and false advertising.

Unfortunately, as countless people on reddit posted: "banggod does not respect their return policy or even the law - they will respond to your tickets asking you to wait 24, then 48 hours at a time, ask you about more details and in the end they will just try to give you a small "discount" for a $200 faulty product, even though you stated multiple times that you are not interested in any discounts, you want to return the faulty product. They keep on asking questions without letting you return the product (legally they have 30 days to respond, so they will just reply anything to stay in the clear, but the return case won't go anywhere)"

For me the case is still going for about 4th week now, I will be issuing a refund from my bank and reporting Banggood to European Consumer Centres Network and UOKiK
