On the edge of the historic and lovely town of Availles-Limouzine (which you can visit in the video that follows this one), in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, is this fully-renovated bungalow with views and a large garage.

Aan de rand van het historische stadje Availles-Limouzine, in de Franse regio Nouvelle-Aquitaine, ligt deze volledig gerenoveerde bungalow met uitzicht en een grote garage.

Het stadscentrum, op 700 meter van het huis, heeft een fantastisch restaurant, twee cafés met eetgelegenheden, een bakker, een goede supermarkt, een woonwinkel met koffie, een apotheek, twee artsen en twee tandartsen, een kapper, een bank en een garage met brandstof.
