Royal fashion historian Dr Kate Strasdin and Fashion Museum Collections Manager, Ellie Summers, uncover the secrets of this dress. The 'Royal Women' exhibition was held in 2018/19 and displayed clothes worn by the royal family: Queen Alexandra, Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, and Princess Margaret.
