Vlog 3 : Cookin' With Batman- Curry Crab and Dumpling | Taste of Trini

In this vlog, I will be eating some yummy mangoes and then Batman is going to come over to make a huge pot of Crab n Dumpling. Watch the video to see Batman in action.

Ingredients used in this video:

5 bunches of mangrove crab (20 crabs)

baking powder + white vinegar to wash the crabs

1 whole dried coconut + water (to make coconut milk)

Green seasoning (shadon beni/bhandanya + garlic + hot pepper + onion + pimento pepper)

Curry powder

Duck and Goat curry

Ground Masala

Black Pepper

Salt

FOR THE DUMPLINGS:

Flour + Salt + Sugar + Coconut milk powder

WHAT HE ADDED TO THE POT:

Oil
Cumin/ Geera seeds
Curry/ Karrapillai leaves
Chopped onion + pimento pepper + hot pepper + garlic
Curry powder + Duck and Goat curry powder
Ground Masala
Ground geera/cumin
Green seasoning
Boiled dhal
Chopped celery and chive/ scallion
