This complete bagging line is equipped with the automatic food-grade bagging machine ILERSAC HC, the automatic palletizer ILERPAL H and the fully automatic stretch wrapper ILERGIR, all of them produced by TMI:

✅ ILERSAC HC is the hygienic design version of ILERSAC H and is an automatic bagging machine for Open-mouth thermosealable bags in those industries requiring the highest hygiene levels. The main concept behind it: dust-proof bagging for clean facilities and easy cleaning tasks.

✅ ILERPAL H is TMI’s hybrid-type bag palletizer with robotic gripper and five-sided layer compacting. Its has been designed to reduce the place needed for bag transport to palletizing level becoming a very compact solution with small footprint. This bag palletizer provides stable loads of open mouth bags, as it allows optimal overlapping.

✅ ILERGIR is a fully automatic pallet stretch-wrapper wit turntable and film pre-stretch technology that gives stability to the pallets while staying safe, cost-saving and flexible. All this within a small footprint.
