Written Recipe for Mutton Naan Chaap




For Cooked Mutton
Ingredients:
•Boneless Mutton 1 Kg
•Salt (Namak) 1/2 tbsp
•Ginger & Garlic Paste (Adrak & Lehsan Paste) 1/2 tsp
•Oil 1 tbsp
•Water 1 Cup
•Oil 1/2 Cup
•Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1/2 tsp
•Ginger & Garlic Paste (Adrak & Lehsan Paste) 2 tbsp
•Chopped Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 2 tbsp
•Coriander Powder (Dhanya Powder) 1 tbsp
•Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
•Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) 1 tbsp
•Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) 1/2 tbsp
•Salt (Namak) 1/2 tbsp or to taste
•Cooked Mutton
•Chopped Onion (Piyaz) 5 Medium
•Chopped Tomato (Tamatar) 3 Medium
•Lemon Juice 1
Direction:
•In a Cooker, add Boneless Mutton, Salt, Ginger and Garlic Paste, Oil, Water and Mix well & pressure cooker for 2 whistles on high flame.
•In a wok, Add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Ginger and Garlic Paste, Chopped Green Chilli, Roast for a few Seconds.
•Add Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Roast for a few Seconds.
•Add Cooked Mutton, Roast for 10 mints on high flame until Oil separates.
•Add Chopped Onion and Chopped Tomato, mix well and cover and cook for 5 mints on low flame. Add Lemon Juice and mix well for few a Seconds.

For Assembling
Ingredients:
•Naan 2
•Butter 1 tbsp
•Butter 1 tbsp
•Cooked Mutton
•Chopped Onion 3 tbsp
•Chopped Green Chilli 1 tbsp
•Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
•Chopped Coriander
Direction:
•Take Naan and Cut it from the middle.
•In a Hot Iron grill, add Butter, place the Naan slice on the hot tawa and toast from both sides.
•In Hot Iron grill, add Butter, Cooked Mutton, Chopped Onion, Chopped Green Chilli and Chopped Coriander Leaves and Mix well for few Seconds. Spread the Chaap Mutton in Slice of Naan and place another Bread Slice on top of it and toast on both sides.
•Cut into Four pieces.
•Mutton Naan Chaap is ready to hot serve.
•Garnish it with Chopped Coriander Leaves.
