AHHHHHHHHHH it took a long time to get even a 4 second timesave on this run. the elusive sub-41 still escapes me, but for now at least this is a new record.

set seed means that the "frame" seed is already set from the start, meaning we don't have to worry about clock RNG or puzzle RNG during the entire run. the seed for "set seed" is 51,963, which would take about 14m26s of sitting on the main menu (and require a frame-perfect input) at 60fps.

massive shoutouts to the Enhanced Edition team for giving us an insanely polished version of SH2. it's CRAZY the amount of work that went into this.
