We revisited a parking garage where there was a serious mildew problem which suited our power washing very well

First, There is the mainstay of power washing: the floor rotary power washer:

These cover large spaces and do a good job removing debris and dust.

After the rotary washer has been used, the operator walks past the mildewed wall.

At that point, the operator can use the wand spray for cleaning fluid to loosen up the mildew. This also gets into corners which can be difficult to reach.

Another part of the cleaning is simply to blow away the accumulation of dust and leaves

At the end of this video, we go to a far back corner which doesn't get much attention.
