Mastermind Japan is a high-end fashion label founded by Masaaki Homma in 1997. The brand mix quality with its signature skulls and bones logo. Each piece is made in Japan, and proudly displays it in the tags, along with a list of names of people that helped create the piece of clothing.

The Japanese juggernauts have linked with Searchndesign on February 2018 to create an all-new basketball silhouette: The Ghost Sox.

The sneaker – a collaboration in its purest form – is made in Italy from local leathers and is available in three colourways: black, red and white.

Each feature removable neoprene inner booties for indoor wear and come decorated with Mastermind's signature skull and crossbones logo. The Ghost Sox features a unique Vibram outsole made specially for the model.

The challenge was to merge the Japanese culture with the Italian heritage to tasked with taking brand product to the next level.

Searchndesign realized the entire concept and design proposing it to Homma for approval and took care of the entire process from the development of each single component to the production in Italy.

Sales and logistic has also been part of the job handling all relationship with clients and shipping to the final destinations.
