Kelly Tolliday is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Retreat Facilitator, Lifelong Student & Experience Enthusiast.

She spent the first ten years of her career climbing the corporate ladder in the marketing world, while at the same time training & studying deeper into her yoga practice.

After a near death experience & several life pivots, she made the decision to pursue her passion & purpose full-time as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher.

She's lived all over the world - spending 5 years in Australia, and living in various countries across South East Asia. Now, she's settled back in her hometown of Pompano Beach, FL.

She's married to her husband Sam, and she's a mom to her beautiful daughter & 2 crazy dogs. Her greatest lessons in life have come from this experience of motherhood & partnership.

She's passionate about travel, nature, holistic wellness & community building.

AAF CreativeZen was born out of a desire for the local AAF Greater Fort Lauderdale & the Palm Beaches chapter of the American Advertising Federation & Choose954 to connect, engage, and inspire our local creative community.
Every Creative Zen event includes complimentary coffee and a guided meditation by Chloe Ravel aka @thegeminirising_ before a short inspiring and thought provoking talk during the second Friday morning of the month. All Creative Zen events are free of charge and open to the community, being creative or a member of the Advertising Federation is not required!
