Austin and his business partner, Dietra serve up uniquely flavored seafood meals inspired by a mix of West African, Caribbean and Cajun-style cuisines. Dietra who doesn't appear on video, but was busy whipping up awesome lunch meals in the background makes the most amazing deserts as well. I tried their Oreo-chip cheesecake, and I must say that it was heavenly. It has been a couple of weeks since I did this interview, but the taste of that cheesecake just pops up for me anytime I think back to it.
