无骨鸡腿肉(切成小块)- 2片(约500克)
番薯粉(或叫地瓜粉) - 4大匙
咖喱叶(洗净晾干) - 适量
红辣椒 (点缀) - 1条

腌制鸡肉材料 A:
生抽 – 2汤匙
白胡椒粉 – ½ 茶匙
盐 - ½ 茶匙
大蒜(3瓣)切末 - 1茶匙
咖喱粉 – 1汤匙
鸡蛋 - 1粒
玉米粉 – 2 汤匙

腌制时间:30分钟


酱汁材料 B:
牛油 - 50克
大蒜(3瓣)切末 - 1茶匙
咖喱叶 – 适量
淡奶 – 1 碗 (200ml)
切达奶酪片- 2 片
黑胡椒粉 – 适量

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thigh (cut into small pieces)-2 slices (about 500 g)
Sweet potato flour - 4 tbsp
Curry leaves (wash and dry)

Chicken Marinade ingredients A:
Light soy sauce – 2 tbsp
White pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt-½ tsp
Garlic (3 cloves) chopped-1 tsp
Curry powder – 1 tbsp
Egg-1
Corn flour – 2 tbsp

Marinade for 30 minutes

Sauce ingredients B:
Butter-50g
Garlic (3 cloves) chopped-1 tsp
Curry leaves
Evaporated milk-1 bowl (200ml)
Cheddar cheese slice-2 slices
Black pepper- few dashes
