It's a busy time, particularly for families and parents. As time passes, our list of tasks grow longer and other priorities appear to have priority over good family time. Research has proven that it is important to schedule regular moments with family members (Jones 2017.). As parents who are busy we spend a lot of time with your children, but it's not really quality time. Quality time is spending time with your children , and providing them with your full attention to tasks that they love to do. Spending time with your kids does not need to be a massive project, it's be as easy as taking some time each day to be together, with no interruptions (Alvardo, n.d,).

Why is spending quality time spent with our children vital? As per Jones (2017) Children have a lower chance to suffer from problems with their behavior at home or in school. Children who spend more time with their families are less likely engage in risky behavior like alcohol and drug consumption . Inspiring your children to are devoted to them and love them will can help keep them emotionally and mentally resilient. As a parent, the most effective method to show this is to spend time and time with your children every day. Children who spend more time with their families are more likely be physically fit (Rider 2018, 2018). Spending time with your children is not only important to them, but it is equally important for your own wellbeing.

Think back to your last moment when you made a commitment to making positive adjustments. You may have promised yourself that you'd stick to your program this time around and eventually meet your objectives. But then , you got distracted or confronted a problem and all your best intentions fell through the cracks. As well as blaming it on an absence of willpower or motivation, you might think that you don't have enough time to stay healthy. However, by being creative and figuring out how to prioritize your daily tasks You may discover the time is much more than what you believe.

It is crucial to establish yourself for success before you begin. Here are a few strategies to shift your perspective to allow you to find time to concentrate on your well-being.

Note your top priorities, including cooking more meals in your home, exercising a specific number of times a week or spending time with family and friends, volunteering or committing time to leisure or activities. Ask yourself "Why should this be the top priority now?" as well "What are the advantages and consequences of making it the top priority right now instead of the next 10-20 or thirty years?"

It's typical to concentrate on the short-term rather than the long-term when you're managing your everyday priorities. Be aware of how your current actions impact your future could give you new perspective on what's most important and how you'd like to use your time. For example, if you're currently spending all your attention and energy on your job and not taking care of your wellness take a look at the long-term effects of not taking good care of your health now. It could be that you realize that having a the best level of health when you reach the age of 65 to enjoy your retirement and grandkids will be more significant than any of the activities you're currently engaged in. When you review your activities with regard to the kind of life you'd like to live you'll feel motivated to schedule the time to care for your current needs.

People often tell stories of the ways in which life is based upon past experiences. These stories are real because you look for evidence to back up your belief and ignore evidence that contradicts it. As time passes, these beliefs will guide your choices.
