This video shows you what it's like to see these old worn out brake pads that were replaced on the rear axle of a 2006 Chevy Uplander minivan suv passenger vehicle with a 3.5L V6 engine. These old brake pads are examined for failure mode analysis FMA. You can see the pads are worn thin and worn unevenly, there are big grooves in the pads. You can also see the rusty metal backing plates and the dirty shims and there are cracks on the brake material. pretty cool to see what they look like when they wear out so you have a comparison for when they are new yeah!
