Steps to file Second Appeal in E-Jagriti:

Visit the E-Jagriti portal (NCDRC official website).

Login/Register using your advocate/party credentials.

Go to “File New Case/Appeal” section.

Select “Second Appeal” option.

Fill the case details – order number, date, State Commission details, etc.

Upload documents – copy of the State Commission order, grounds of appeal, supporting documents, Vakalatnama (if through advocate).

Pay the prescribed fee online.

Review & Submit the appeal.

After successful submission, you’ll get a Diary Number/Case Number for tracking.
