Reggatta de Blanc è il secondo album in studio della band inglese The Police, pubblicato il 5 ottobre 1979 da A & M Records. L'album è stato registrato al Surrey Sound Studios di Londra in quattro quattro settimane. I Police tornarono al Surrey Sound, lo stesso del primo album Outlandos d'Amour. La band ha deciso di autofinanziare il lavoro con i profitti dell'album. debutto, in modo che la casa discografica non potesse esercitare alcun controllo sulla creazione della musica del gruppo. In questo secondo album della band è possibile vedere il perfezionamento dello stile musicale mostrando più evidente l'influenza del reggae giamaicano. The album was recorded at Surrey Sound Studios in London in just four four weeks. The Police decided to return to Surrey Sound, the same as the first album Outlandos d'Amour.
