is Stalogy good for fountain pens and watercolor?

I got a Stalogy notebook for the first time, and it has very thin paper. Before deciding to use it as a bullet journal, I wanted to test out the paper, and see how it handles fountain pens, paint pens, and multiple layers of watercolor.
