Loud popping/crunching sound and tactile snag/bump in the keystroke of the left shift and backspace keys on my brand new Fnatic STREAK65 keyboard. Especially noticeable when pressing down near the top edge of the keycap. These are supposed to be smooth, linear, almost silent switches and should not have any popping/crunching/clicking sensations before bottoming out. I believe this is a faulty, defective unit and I have contacted Fnatic customer support.

12/19/2020 Update:
Fnatic customer service confirmed that this is a defective unit and provided me with a prepaid return shipping label. I have sent back the defective STREAK65 keyboard. An order has been placed for a free replacement and I am now waiting on shipping confirmation of that unit.

2/7/2021 Update:
The replacement keyboard also had this issue on the left shift key stabilizer, as well as a very loud rattle on the spacebar. I sent it back for full refund of my purchase. Fnatic customer support was very helpful and understanding during this process. Return shipping labels were all prepaid by Fnatic and they even scheduled doorstep pickup for me with their shipping company which was convenient and appreciated. Fnatic let me know that they will be investigating the issue in order for it to be prevented on future products. Hopefully this is true.
