This is the Kastking Kestrel 1000 SFS Ultralight Fishing reel, a premium looking a feeling reel that doesn't have the premium price tag. It would best be used for species such as Trout, Perch and Smallmouth Bass. This reel performs just as well as reels from Shimano and Daiwa but at less than half the price. Kastking is an established fishing brand that is one of the most popular for anglers that are trying to get the best value for money.

Kastking offered me this combo for reviewing this reel but my opinions are not in any way influenced by that. I don't have any long term relationship or partnership with Kastking and just want to make a video to show you the benefits of the products.

If you are new to BFS fishing (bait finesse system) and you don't know what the best reel and rod is for you then this channel is a great starting point.
