Gew 98 Danzig 1907 Disassembly

Gew 98 German Rifle Tear Down. From the Danzig Armory 1907, this model saw service in many conflicts including WW1 and WW2, and in this video we'll spend a couple of days taking the ole gal apart.

This is a deactivated war bond rifle with a lead filled barrel, but this tear down will be a good reference if you're looking to start conserving a shooter as well.

Patience is the only thing that allowed disassembly of this 116 year old icon.
