The things around us are always moving and they move in different ways. What words can we use to describe how things move?

Things can move fast. The race car is zooming around the track. The cheetah runs quickly across the savannah.

Things can also move slow. The tortoise crawls slowly on the ground. The snail moves slowly along the leaf.

Some things go up and down. The kangaroo hops up and down in the outback. The people bounce up and down on the trampoline.
