"Basically u say "we can get one of these stone one time a week" yes and no.

first there is 4 tipe of stone:

1) 1-4

2) 5-8

3) 9-12 (this one is the one u mention and we get 5 in out deluxe pack)

Drops from Deserted Shrine dungeon godmode

Drops from Misty Hollow dungeon hardmode and godmode.

And basically u can make one of this stone a week just with 2 previous stone from a npc This rune can be purchased once a week.
