How to repair and install a fender back on the vespa.

I recently got the rusty fender repaired and painted and now it looked almost new, finally I could be the envy of the town..but there was a problem, it was too difficult to install the fender back on its place, as I didn't want to carry it to a mechanics shop or my home for the fear of scratch etc and the painter wasn't ready for the job.
Luckily the painter's elder brother, who happened to be a mechanic took the onus to fix it, and I was relieved.
I got the ball bearing replaced and every thing was done as desired.
I filmed the entire process, just it case I want to do it on my own next time or in case any one of you guys are planning to do so.
