Abrial Ridge is a smoking new neighborhood from DR Horton Express Homes. This is a location that is going to appeal to a ton of people. You either already love the area and want to buy a new home, or you are looking for a quiet location that still has everything you need close by. And if you want that trip into a more active day/night, Charlotte is a short drive away.

I think Abrial Ridge is going to be an extremely popular neighborhood. This is an area that prides itself on it's quiet way of life. All of the shopping and restaurants you need are very close. If you need the excitement and action of a big city, Charlotte NC is an easy ride away.

They are building five floorplans out here. This is the Elston model. It's 2174 sqft and has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
