⚠⚠⚠ STEAM UI has changed. Tools are Still Located in Library but are not on the top menu. Click Library then look up at the top left where it says 'Games' in a select list. Click that and Add Tools to the list. It will now show tools on the left hand side in the library ⚠⚠⚠
