We are seeking a skilled Subcontracts Engineer with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in maintenance, shutdowns, construction, and EPIC projects. If you are proficient in managing subcontract agreements, negotiations, and commercial operations, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the subcontractor pre-qualification process, negotiations, and ongoing management.
Prepare, review, and manage subcontract agreements.
Provide expert guidance on contractual rights, changes, and dispute resolution.
Monitor and assess subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Collaborate with the Estimation/Proposals team on project requirements.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
10-12 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong knowledge of subcontract terms and conditions, particularly offshore and BIMCO contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
