INSTRUCTIONS/GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE FILLUP OF REGISTRATION
FOR CLASS IX (2025)
1. No unregistered candidates shall be allowed in appear at the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE). A
student once registered under this Board shall not apply for further Registration.
2. Please be informed that no registration will be allowed for candidates who are already registered
with another Board. If any such cases come to our notice, penal action will be taken against both
the school and the candidate(s) involved.
3. The Registration fees for ₹20.00 with Printing & Stationery Charges of ₹35.00 i.e. total ₹55.00
per student shall be submitted through e-mode system to the WBBSE General fund of SBI, Salt
Lake Sector – II Branch, Salt Lake, Kolkata 91, Current Account No. 40334068836 by
automatically filled for e-collection of fees online. The pre-filled e-challan so generated shall
only be used by the schools, who choose to pay offline.
4. Honorific terms like Sj, Sri, Smt., Mr., Mrs., Mst, etc. shall in no case be prefixed to the name of
the candidate in the Application Form for Registration.
5. A candidate born on or before 31.10.2012 is eligible to appear at the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE),
2027. The school authorities are requested not to send the names of students for registration
whose date of birth is beyond 31.10.2012. No Registration Certificate will be issued if the date
of birth of any candidate is beyond 31.10.2012 and no opportunity of subsequent correction of
age will be allowed.
6. Moreover, as noted in Sl. 5, application for Special Permission for under age case(s) may be
submitted to the Board for the permission of the President, Ad-hoc Committee, WBBSE
along with the “Edit list” supplied by the Board at the time of distribution of Registration
Certificates.
7. Passport size Black & White photographs & Signature of the student shall have to be uploaded
in the given space within noted size of the concerned student. The signature of a student shall not
the put on the photograph. The candidate must sign in English in usual manner.
8. Date of submission of the Forms for Registration online from 14.07.2025 to 30.08.2025 with fees.
9. Individual filled Forms after being duly verified shall be submitted online, and the downloaded
copy of the same shall have to be preserved by the School after being duly signed by the
candidate and HoI, for future reference and record.
10. All concerned are advise to carefully check the specially designed clip “HOW TO USE THE
WEBSITE” on the home page before login into the website www.wbbsedata.com.
11. The School shall submit hard copy of the downloaded copy (duly signed the HoI) of consolidated
list of registered students (Which will have to be downloaded after final submission in the portal)
to the Board’s next camp office (already notified) or concerned Regional office of the Board
within 30th September, 2025. Failure to submit the above mentioned hard copy of the
consolidated list on time will result in school’s application for registration being kept
pending due to incomplete procedure. Along with the hard copy of the consolidated list you
are directed to submit the following mandatorily:
A. The attested photocopy of Caste Certificates of the relevant students (as applicable)
B. The attested photocopy of disability Certificates of the relevant students (as applicable)
C. Remitted Challan (Board’s Copy) and/or copy of the Online Payment Receipt of
Registration Fess.
12. Head of the Institution is to sign all the pages of the hard copy of the consolidated list and fee
submission paper (challan or online payment receipt) with date and seal.
