Eligibility components -- documentation to support Eligibility Checklists
• Size of business
• Credit Elsewhere, including Personal Resources test
• Franchise eligibility (if applicable)
• EPC/OC eligibility (if applicable)
• Change of Ownership eligibility (if applicable)
• Type of business
• Use of Proceeds
• Debt Refinancing

Credit Analysis -- credit memorandum and supporting documents
• Repayment ability (historical and projected)
• Business credit reports
• Management and Guarantor strength
• Equity Injection verification and Capitalization
• Financial statement / IRS tax return verification
• Loan Risk Rating reflects risk posed Compliance Review Elements

Closing Documentation -- legal documentation and due diligence
• Valuations (appraisals, business valuations)
• Environmental investigations
• Insurance documentation (hazard, flood, life)
• Proper Lien positions
• Guaranty fee paid
• Disbursements authorized

Servicing / Liquidation Actions
• SBA approval obtained (if applicable)
• Annual financial statements obtained and analyzed
• Site visits performed timely
• SBA notified, as appropriate
• Current appraisals used to evaluation liquidated collateral
• Recoveries forward to SBA timely
• Wrap up reports completed and submitted
