LOBIA GOSHT RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Chicken or Mutton ½ kg
White beans 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Chopped onion 2
Lemons 2
Chopped tomatoes 4
Chopped green chilies 4
Yogurt ½ cup
Turmeric ½ cup
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped green coriander as required
Salt to taste

Method:
Wash and soak white beans with water and boil with some salt. In the pan, add in some oil and add in chopped onion fry it till golden brown then take out half of it. In the remaining onion add in chicken/ mutton, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili, 1 tsp turmeric, and some salt. When the water of the chicken dries, add in hot water and cook it till the meat tenders. Then add in ½ cup yogurt, tomatoes, all spice powder, chopped green chilies, and white beans. Add 2 cups hot water. When the gravy thickens, simmer it and add in chopped green chilies, 2 lemon juice, and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. Dish it out and garnish it with fry onion. Serve hot with chapattis.

Arabic Paratha Recipe Ingredients:
Flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1-1/2 cups

For the Filling:
Boneless beef 1 cup
Boiled eggs (slice) 4
Chopped Parsley 5 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt 1 tsp
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Oil as needed

Method :
Mix flour, salt, and water in a bowl and knead well for a while. Heat oil in a pan cook garlic and beef mince for 1 minute. Now add salt and 1 cup of water and boil well. Then add black pepper, parsley and onion cook on high heat and keep aside. Make a circle of dough and spread the minced mixture. Put egg and cheese on top of them. Now wrap the dough and seal them. Heat oil in a pan and fry the parathas on both sides and serve.
