The Open Programme students enacting the Production of Ki within the three burning spaces, upper, middle and lower.
Ancestral Ki stored within the Yin Yang of the Kidneys asting as the catalyst aiding the production of Food Ki within the Spleen from the food we eat and Chest Ki from the clean air we breather. These combine to form True Ki which feeds into our Meridian Ki, Defensive Ki and the excess returning to our Kidneys to be stored.
Some of the Food Ki is assisted by the Chest Ki in it's journey to the Heart where it is transformed (with a little help from Original Ki from the Kidneys) into Blood.
