The University of Wyoming owes its legacy and mission to the ideals created by the Land Grant Act. This "Wyoming Signatures" special was aired on Wyoming PBS to mark the anniversary of the passage of the Land Grant Act. It outlines the history, impact, and future of this great idea in the state of Wyoming.
