Gateway 2024 Cat 3/4 Day 4

Ok let's get straight to it, this was probably one of the hardest crits I've done. It's probably harder than Cry Baby Hill ,but only because you don't have the people cheering you on! The hill isn't as had, but it's longer and just wears on you. Because it wasn't super steep, the speeds were high and lap after lap the front of the race just kept pushing. I ended up getting popped off and nearly made it without getting pulled with 3 to go. What a venue. The Pro race got widdled down from 90 to 30 and much of that happened in the first 20-30 mins of the race! Yep this course is a doozy!
