She might be in her fifties, but she''''s still a looker attracting a throng of adoring fans.
The Mini is the four-wheeled icon of the swinging 60s and was guest of honour at a classic car show in the grounds of the magnificent Blenheim Palace in the UK.
STORYLINE
There are few more patriotic sights in motoring for the classic British car enthusiast - a gleaming Mini painted in Union flag colours.
This beautifully restored Mini was one of many on display at Blenheim Palace for the Mini and VW Show.
Car enthusiasts flocked to the grounds of this historic stately home to see some rather stately motors.
And it is the Mini stealing the limelight.
This small car, produced by the British Motor Corporation from 1959, has become a British icon and a symbol of swinging 60s culture.
Guy Holtom, organiser of the show, says the car''''s enduring image is all down to its original popularity.
The car appeared in a chase sequence in the cult film The Italian Job.
For Mini owners it''''s more than just nuts and bolts - some even say it joins the family.
