i know, we went again, and AGAIN to the northern california renaissance faire! Oct 9-10 was Oktoberfest weekend, which we heard was actually the biggest crowd so far. Oct 16-17 was Carnevale & Masquerade.

The website says they accept cash, debit, and credit but do yourself a favor and bring tons of cash as all the food, games, and rides only accept cash :)
