Whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed from the busyness of work its important to set aside quality time to relax and rejuvenate - even for just 5 minutes.

I have therefore, created an original piano track and video entitled 'The Gift of Self Love'. The purpose of the film is to allow the viewer to experience a well deserved moment of Peace, Relaxation, Forgiveness and enhanced feelings of Self Love.

The music was originally created with a free flowing style of play within the musical key of F. The reason why I choose the musical key of F to represent this tune is because the resonates to this musical key. Healing this Chakra with the help of music, opens your heart to loving yourself and having gratitude for all that you are. It will also help you to fill your love tank in order to feel more compassion towards other people whenever needed.

To best experience the video allow 5 minutes of personal space and listen to the healing music with headphones.
