4 packets fish fillets
1 red pepper
1 garlic
5 onions
9-10 green chillies
2 tablespoons of oil
2 bay leaves
A handful of fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoons chilli powder
1 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoons coriander powder
And salt for taste / put in as much as you need,
